2. Fitting the Ball Type Hitchlock Step-by-Step

1. Insert the key into the hitchlock and turn it anti-clockwise.
2. Push the base up to engage. Keep turning the key anti-clockwise until the pins are fully inserted (see image 1).
3. Place the ball into the hitch head and push the base up to engage. Continue turning the key clockwise until it stops rotating. When this happens, the pins are fully extended (see image 2).
4. Pull the base down and turn the key clockwise to lock it in place.
5. To remove the hitchlock, repeat steps 1 and 2.
