2. Wheel Bolt Replacement:
- Remove one wheel bolt and replace with the supplied security wheel bolt receiver. (Image 1)
- Using the torque wrench, tighten the security wheel bolt to vehicle manufacturers torque specification. (Image 2)
3. Wheel Lock Adjustment:
The Wraith Wheel Lock requires a one-off adjustment for optimum fitment for individual wheel sizes. This is achieved by following these simple steps.
- Using the supplied Allen Key, turn the grub screw one turn counterclockwise, allowing the lock shaft to rotate for adjustment. (Image 3)
- Turn the lock shaft counterclockwise to its maximum length (Image 4) and retighten the grub screw. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
- Insert the leg into the slot on the body. Insert the key and turn it clockwise to unlock. (Image 5)
- Locate the lock shaft onto the security wheel bolt receiver, aiming for a flush fit of the lock body to the wheel/tyre surface. If adjustment is needed, remove the lock from the wheel bolt receiver, loosen the grub screw, and rotate the lock shaft clockwise to shorten until a minimal gap between the lock body and wheel surface is achieved. Retighten the grub screw. (Image 6)
- Turn the key counterclockwise to lock into position. Set up is now complete. (Image 7)
